Vinification
The grapes arriving in the cellar are de-stemmed and crushed followed by maceration under controlled temperature between 20°C and 24°C. After bottling, the wine ages for another three months
Organoleptic description
Intense ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose it expresses elegant sensations of wild blackberries, cherries, currants and blueberries, together with spicy notes of pepper and cloves. The taste is soft and has an excellent balance between the tannic and the acid component, which helps to give it good persistence.
