Vinification
the grapes arriving in the cellar are destemmed and crushed followed by maceration at a controlled temperature, which varies during this between 20°C and 24°C. Once the fermentations are finished, the wine remains in steel vats until bottling and then completes the maturation in the bottle.
Organoleptic description
ruby red wine. With an intense aromatic profile of ripe red fruit, spices and vanilla. Soft and full on the palate with ripe and pleasantly enveloping tannins, balsamic aftertaste with fruity notes.
