Vinification
The grapes arriving in cellar are de-stemmed and crushed, then undergo a maceration in the soft press at low temperature for about 10 hours. Subsequently the fermentation takes place in steel tanks at the temperatures of 14°C. The wine obtained remains until bottling in steel tanks and then completes its aging for more than 40 days in the bottle.
Organoleptic description
Straw-yellow color with clear green reflections. The nose reveals an intense and vibrant smell of fruit and citrus from Sicily, medlar and grapefruit. On the palate a good sapidity and freshness make it an intense and pleasant wine, excellent for any occasion.
